Designer Terms

Revenue split

Vowily pays designers 70% of every sale of their themes, effects, and widgets. The remaining 30% covers platform infrastructure, asset hosting, payment processing, marketing, and review.

Review policy

Every theme, effect, and widget is reviewed by Vowily before being published in the Shop. Submissions must meet our accessibility (WCAG AA), security, performance, and quality guidelines.

Sandboxing

Themes and widgets ship React component bundles that are sandboxed and may only depend on whitelisted libraries. They may not access user data outside the wedding they are installed on. Effects must be valid Lottie JSON files with no embedded scripts or external network calls.

Asset hosting

All assets, including theme bundles, Lottie effect files, widget bundles, fonts, and images - are hosted on Vowily's CDN. Designers upload assets through Vowily Studio and may not reference external URLs in published submissions.

Refunds

Couples may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase on any theme, effect, or widget. Refunded sales are deducted from designer earnings.

Payouts

Earnings are paid monthly via Stripe Connect to the bank account configured in your designer profile. A minimum balance of $25 USD applies.

Termination

Vowily may remove themes that violate policy or receive consistent negative feedback. Designers may delist their themes at any time.
