Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Vowily (the "Service") is owned and operated by RIOT MOTION LLC ("Vowily", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Honeymoon Funds and Gifts

Contributions made through Vowily are processed by third-party payment providers. Vowily charges a platform fee disclosed at checkout. We are not responsible for disputes between contributors and recipients.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, text, guest lists). You grant Vowily a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process your content solely to operate the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
  • Upload content that infringes others' rights or contains malware.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages through the Service.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third parties (Google, Stripe, Postmark, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOWILY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Vowily harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
